Main responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the prospect and customer opportunity funnel, from lead generation through to signed agreements.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and develop priority customer segments, beverage categories, and growth opportunities.
  • Propose and help shape route-to-market strategies and marketing activations, in alignment with management, and contribute to customer value propositions, commercial materials, business cases, trade fairs, and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and secure agreements aligned with revenue and margin objectives.
  • Lead customer projects from first engagement through technical feasibility, product validation, filling-line trials, and commercial launch.
  • Coordinate closely with technical, production, and customer validation teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
  • Manage sales forecasting and pipeline reporting, providing clear visibility on opportunities, progress, and priorities.
  • Represent Envican at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and trade fairs.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Packaging Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in B2B sales, marketing, business development, key account management, or a comparable commercial role.
  • Experience within beverage, packaging, filling equipment, food processing, FMCG or related industrial sectors.
  • Understanding of industrial manufacturing environments, ideally within food, packaging or beverage.
  • Experience with value-based selling and business case development.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable operating in a scale-up environment where adaptability and initiative are essential.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • High level of personal accountability, ownership, and commitment to delivering results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Up to 50% business travels mainly to Europe as required to support customers, partners, and commercial activities.
